So what is a Second Act?
No, we’re not talking about a movie, the section of a play, or sneaking into the second act of a show or play.
We define it as a life shift from a long-standing career, job, or responsibility to one that now allows you to give back, fuel your passion, learn something new, or do something you always want to do.
Or maybe the “Every day” you have known for so long doesn’t “feel right” or satisfying anymore. Some people might even classify it as a Career Change, Empty Nest Syndrome, or Looking for Meaning in their life.
It doesn’t necessarily mean you are retiring, but you did the things you needed to do, and now your time is your own. Your financial responsibilities and needs are less, so now you can pursue personally fulfilling things instead of meeting a financial or time-slot need.
So come along as we try to figure out what comes next.
